How do I book a service?
If you are already registered then just drop us an email or call. If not, why not register first and then we can go from there.
Are you insured and DBS checked?
Yes we have PLI cover for care of animals, lost keys and more. This includes pet pick up and drop off, walking and public. DBS checked.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. We don't charge for cancellations with adequate notice.
However, cancellations made after 8pm the night before the dog walking or pop ins will be charged full price of the visit.
Pet Sitting Services: There is a 30% deposit required within 3 days of booking to guarantee service.
Are you qualified in Pet First Aid?
We are trained in pet first aid and can act quickly in case the worst happens. We make sure that we have your Vet details on file.
Do you have a contract or service agreement?
Yes we have a service agreement as well as a couple of other forms for you to sign. This allows us to walk your pet, enter your home and provide a good service.
How do I pay?
We provide an invoice and details on how to pay depending on how many times you book and for how many services.
